After working with the AMII (Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute) on their logo identity and branding, Curio was given the opportunity to work with one of their research teams. This team had figured out how to use artificial intelligence, named DeepStack, to beat No-limit Texas Hold’em. Our assignment was to work with them to grasp an understanding of the AI and develop visuals to support their published paper in Science magazine. These visuals helped explain how DeepStack worked, and we were fortunate enough to land the cover as well!
After the magazine was done, we were also assigned to develop a logo for DeepStack. The selected logo is a two-card hand that “sees” the future.
